Researching and building a family tree is a long and painstaking endeavor.  Equally difficult is presenting the information in a logical and readable format.

The family name "Galop" begins with my Grandfather, Stephen Peter Galop, Sr. (Born Aug. 3, 1894; Died Oct. 11, 1943), the son of John Jacob Golab.  Grandfather married Agnes Lee (Galop) (Born Dec. 15, 1898; Died Dec. 26, 1964).  Grandmother was one of seven children of Thomas Morgan Lee (Born 1863 in Dublin, Ireland; Died 1920), and his wife Agnes Goerke.
